Hoover's
An online site featuring IPOs (initial public offerings), basic information on the companies, weekly feature company profiles, and links to companies' S-1 filings. Search by company name on the default main page, or use the Build A List function to search/screen for companies by industry classification, geography, sales, etc.
NALP Directory of Legal Employers
The NALP Directory of Legal Employers provides a comprehensive and free solution for researching legal employers throughout the US, with specific information on law firms, government agencies, public interest organizations, and corporations, including lawyer demographics, practice areas, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion practices, and other valuable information about legal employers.

A useful directory of lawyers and law firms.
National Law Journal
Provides timely legal information, including federal circuit court decisions, verdicts, practitioners columns, coverage of legislative issues, and legal news from the business and private sectors.

Westlaw's Profiler
Westlaw Profiler provides biographical information about attorneys, judges, experts, arbitrators and intellectual property professionals, as well as links to documents that reflect their work history.
