The ABA Journal of Labor & Employment Law is distributed three times each year to all members of the Section. The Journal (formerly The Labor Lawyer) has been published since 1985. The Journal is committed to providing balanced discussions of current developments in labor and employment law to meet the practical needs of attorneys, judges, administrators, and the public. Articles published in the Journal reflect the diversity of practice areas and perspectives in the Section.

The Berkeley Journal of Employment & Labor Law ("BJELL") is a student-edited law journal focusing on current developments in labor and employment law. It was founded in 1975 as the Industrial Relations Law Journal. Today, BJELL semiannually publishes works reviewing issues connected to employment discrimination, labor law, public sector employment, employee benefits, and other related issues. BJELL welcomes all relevant submissions, including scholarly articles, student-authored comments, book reviews, and essays. The Journal's mission is to provide a forum for academics and practitioners to discuss emerging developments in employment and labor law. In addition, the Journal is committed to helping students interested in employment and labor law to connect with people in the field. To this end, the Journal hosts a lunchtime speaker series, symposia, and the Annual Feller Memorial Lecture. BJELL is always interested in connecting with academics and practitioners in employment and labor law.

The Comparative Labor Law Journal was founded in 1976 to provide a venue for the very best scholarship in the comparative analysis of labor law, employment policy and social security issues. In 1997, the Journal moved to the University of Illinois where it was renamed Comparative Labor Law & Policy Journal and its Editorial Advisory Board broadened better to reflect its mission. With an extensive world-wide circulation, the Journal has become a major international forum for research, theoretical and applied, in an area of growing importance to the developed and in the developing world.

Our Fall & Spring issues will feature articles relating to current legal issues in the labor and employment law fields. We have been working with incredibly knowledgeable practitioners, legal scholars, and our staff to fill our issues. . . . Not only do we publish two editions a year, our Staff also composes and posts legal blogs. These blogs are featured on our website, and they discuss current legal topics and issues in the labor and employment field. It is our hope that these blogs increase the dialogue on current topics and help us connect with interested reads. Labor and employment law is a rapidly expanding field and our blog explores as many of these new issues as possible.
